OUR PROCESS: FROM START TO FINISH
There’s more to a demolition project than just going in and wrecking things. Our process involves precise planning, implementing safety measures, and cleaning up after ourselves.
BEFORE THE MAIN EVENT
There’s a few things we need to do before we start knocking things down. The preparation for the job is an essential part of the whole process.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We kick things off with an initial chat where you tell us about your demolition needs. We’ll discuss your project goals, timeline, budget, and any specific requirements you may have. Our friendly team will answer your questions and ensure you feel happy about every aspect of the demolition process.
SITE ASSESSMENT
Our expert team will visit your site, to help us create an efficient plan for the demolition. We’ll do a thorough inspection of the structure to be knocked down, noting the design and the materials used in its construction. An essential part of this process is to identify any potential challenges or hazards, and work out how to manage or remove them. We may need to take measurements and photos to assist with planning the job efficiently. During the inspection, we’ll also assess any environmental issues and plan accordingly. The initial site assessment is a vital part of our process, enabling us to precisely plan a successful demolition. Knowing what we’re working with, what safety measures need to be in place, and how to do a great job, while sticking to stringent safety and environmental protocols, is essential. After wrapping up this visit, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive quote and timeline.
PLANNING & PERMITS
The next step is planning. Before we can get our hands dirty and start wrecking things, we’ll plan the job so that it all runs smoothly. You can even leave the boring paperwork to us! We’ll handle any necessary council permits and coordinate with local authorities as needed. Once the paperwork is in place and permits obtained, we’ll create a precisely detailed demolition plan. You can relax, knowing your demolition is in good hands.
SAFETY FIRST
While we’re itching to get to the fun part of knocking things down, we always put safety first! That means doing any final safety checks and preparing the site for a safe demolition.
THE MAIN EVENT
With all the preliminary steps done, we’re ready to demolish the unwanted bricks and mortar, remove any contaminated or hazardous materials and leave a clean, usable site.
FINAL SIGN-OFF AND HANDOVER
We know we’ve done a smashing job but we need to know you agree. Before we wrap up, we’ll:
